How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days if we have the fabric in stock, but if we need to order it in for you, it may take up to 10 business days.

What is your return policy?

Should the fabric we send have a defect of which we weren’t aware, please call and we’ll work through the issue. Dye lots may vary, and screen display settings influence photo color and appearance, so we recommend purchasing a swatch before ordering a full piece of fabric.

Do all fabrics have swatches available?

Most of our fabrics have swatches available. If you don't see a swatch option for a particular fabric, it could be a website glitch on our end. Give us a call! 312-922-7250

What size are your swatches?

Swatches vary in size depending on the fabric. They are typically 4” x 6” or 4” x 4” but are sometimes 1” x 5”

How much do swatches cost?

Swatches cost $5, but you can pick them up for free if you stop by our showroom. 

Does the website have the same inventory as the showroom?

Most of our inventory has been uploaded to the website, but a large portion of our close-out fabrics are only available in-store. We also sell pillows, threads, and notions including zippers and threads, which are not available on the website.
